The desired candidate should read all general modalities, which include CT, MR, US, PF, Mammo, Nukes, and PET CT. The candidate should also be able to perform light interventional procedures, such as Occasional Biopsies, Drainages, PICC Lines, Myelograms, Thoracentesis, Paracentesis, and Arthograms. The caseload will be about about 80-100 reads per day. This position is primarily hospital based with about 10% of the time shared with an imaging center. The candidate will work solo with access to other Radiologists if needed. The work hours are a standard M-F, 8-5pm. The # call/weekends is 1:3. The first year starting salary is $300,000 with the 2nd year TBD. Great benefits total $25,000! This total includes malpractice insurance and CME allowance. Enjoy 6-8 weeks of annual vacation.
