- Head and Neck experience/training would be wonderful, but not required
- Group does IMRT, IGRT, SRS and HDR Brachy.
- Patient care is the top priority for this group.
- Modern equipment
- Since the need is immediate, no 2010 residents can be considered at this time.

- Short track to partnership (probably 6 months) where revenues will be equally shared
