Southern California Pulmonary/Critical Care/Sleep Opportunity

Lancaster Community Hospital is assisting an established three-person Pulmonary/Critical Care group recruit a fourth member.

This practice is 28 years old and is expanding to meet its growing patient volume. The position will include pulmonary medicine, critical care and sleep medicine. Typical procedures include bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, PFTs and sleep studies.

The group refers to two area hospitals (located within two miles of each other) and maintains two offices. Each physician is averaging 15 patients in office per day, with an additional 15 patients in hospital. Call is shared equally and will be 1:4.

Compensation includes a competitive salary, benefits package and partnership track.
