Community Health Systems: Sunbury

Sunbury Community Hospital has an immediate need for a BC/BE Pulmonologist to take over an independent practice with significant support from the hospital. This is an income guaranteed position. This new pulmonologist will need a dynamic personality to promote and grow the business. This practice has the possibility of becoming a vibrant and successful practice with the right physician leading. Neither Shamokin or Evangelical hospitals have a pulmonologist and the wait list for Geisinger is at least 3 weeks out. We have a sleep lab and the pulmonologist will be expected to do about 25 reads per month. There is a great referral base! Offering a comprehensive recruitment package including: income guarantee, CME, relocation, marketing and practice start up assistance, practice management support, medical education debt assistance, potential residency stipend, and sign-on/commencement bonus.
