A solo practice in northeast North Carolina is seeking locum tenens coverage beginning as soon as possible and continuing for the entire year. This is a Pulmonology opportunity with no hospital, weekend work or call. You will work with a great medical office assistant and practice manager. This is a relatively new practice with an established patient base. Daily, you can expect 15-20 patients anywhere from age 17 years and up, but the majority of patients will be geriatric. Most cases seen are COPD, lung masses and emphysema. Any patients admitted into the hospital will be handled by Hospitalist and Pulmonology team.
