Pulmonology/Critical Care physician sought to take over an existing practice due to departing physician. Cover one hospital. Call 1:3 Pulmonary call only. Practice will be a mix of 80% Pulm and 20% IM. $250,000 salary plus productivity up to $150,000. Or you can choose an income guarantee on a 2 year contract, keeping any monies above income guarantee after hospital is repaid. Full benefits offered.
