Pulmonary/Critical Care physician sought to join one other in this large, well-established, physician directed multi-specialty group. Weekend call of 1:9 is shared with the Internists in the group. Clinic is in the process of developing a Hospitalists program. Sleep medicine is also available in this growing practice. Compensation package includes negotiable salary guarantee for 2 years with no payback clause and full benefits. Shareholder status is offered after 1 year with the ability to purchase stock in the corporation. Shareholder status provides monthly stipends, sharing in the year-end profits and increased benefits.
