* $225,000 Salary plus bonus structure * $25,000 Signing Bonus * $250,000 First Year Total Guarantee * Documented community need for Outpatient Pulmonary * Brand new eight (8) bed Sleep Lab * State of the art equipment, to include Rembrandt and Embla Software * Plans to help develop a 2 bed Sleep lab in a neighboring community * Two year partnership track * Opportunity to buy into the lab and practice * Critical Care is optional not required * NO HMOs and NO Capitation * Current physician is busier than he would like to be! * To considered, you must be interested and willing to doing at least 50% (or more) Sleep Medicine
