Opportunity
Very busy, prestigious 20 physician multi-specialty group with 3 offices, adding 5th Pulmonary/Critical Care physician.
Qualifications
BC/IM with fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine-BC/BE. Critical Care fellowship, a plus.
Responsibilities
Work out of 2 large hospitals (including long-term acute care program) in community with patient referrals from 100-mile radius. Call is 1:4.
Compensation/Benefits
Practice offers very competitive 1st year salary with lucrative incentive program thereafter, 401K with a match, medical/dental insurance, LTD, long-term care policy, relocation, all license fees, CME allowance and time off, will pay for 1 local, 1 State and 1 national dues. Can remain salaried the second year or on productivity.
Location
Northeast part of South Carolina, 70 miles from Myrtle Beach, 80 miles to Columbia and 100 miles to Charleston. Mid-sized southern city with theatre, symphony, museums, festivals, world-class recreational complex with football, soccer, softball fields, 1 1/2 mile path for jogging, walking around small lake, picnic areas. Very large medical community with @ 1000 physicians; service area is approximately 300,000.
