A permanent General or Addiction Psychiatrist is needed to cover inpatient and partial programs, acute psych and substance abuse services in west Texas starting in December of 2008. This is a private practice with income guarantee and service director stipend cannot offer employment. You will be seeing 12-16 inpatients per day. You might see additional patients in partial programs, but your daily census will remain the same. Patients include problems in the areas of depression, substance abuse, bi-polar, alcohol abuse and others.
