Health system currently comprises of a 400 bed general hospital, 22 bed behavioral hospital, (7 of these beds are dedicated to Geriatrics), 100 physician multi-specialty group, and a number of clinic settings throughout the community. They seek to recruit a full time Psychiatrist to practice 60% outpatient medicine, and 40% inpatient at the 22 bed facility. At this time, service is being provided by 2 private practice physicians in the area, but the group wishes to establish their own dept within the group. Call will be 10 days per month, and every other weekend.
