The Veterans Administration in Hot Springs, South Dakota is seeking a locum Psychiatrist. This position with start as soon as the right candidate can be credentialed and continue for three to four months. The duties will entail provision of standard Psychiatric care to outpatients and Domiciliary residents. The population involves mostly patients with substance use disorders and/or PTSD. Each of these duties is almost half-time. There will be some time necessary to respond to consults, e.g. pertaining to medical patients. A SD medical license is not required for this opportunity.
