Position Description
Seeking two (2) BE/BC Psychiatrists to join an established and successful practice with four (4) Adult Psychatrists. Support staff includes: Assessment Referral Collaborators (ARC's) who take first call, experienced team of Psychiatric Registered Nurses, Licensed Social Workers, Psychotheraptists, Treatment Team Specialists, Occupational Therapists, Clinical Psychologists, and Neuropsychologist. Staff includes ECT Specialist. Practice services 31-bed inpatient unit and outpatient practice. Teaching opportunities available for Family Medicine Resdency Program and medical school students. Board certified/Board eligible Strong interpersonal skills with drive to deliver great patient care. Passion for customer service excellence. No J1 Visas sponsorships available. Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary - ($175 - $200K). Base salary guarantee for two (2) years. Incentive program based on RVU productivity. Loan forgiveness and/or signing bonus. Medical Liability Insurance includes tail coverage. Presently three (3) pension/tax sheltered plans available. Annual CME compensation provided 29 days PTO (Paid Time Off) per fiscal year which includes vacation and holidays Health System Attributes
