com needs a child and adolescent psychiatrist to start Dec. 5th in New York. The facility needs someone until they find a permanent candidate. This is 100% Child Outpatient. Need 40 hours per week. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM; they ask that the locums works one day per week until 8:00PM. A typical day consists of 1-2 new evaluations. They allow 30 minutes for follow up appointments and 10-20 minutes for medication reviews. Notes can be dictated; ideally they use the electronic medical record system. No on call. Syracuse offers tons of holiday festivals. You will be there just in time to take a trip to see the 7th Annual "Holiday Magic in the Square."
