Board Certified Psychiatrist is need in New York.
They need on-site coverage Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM. They need 24/7 on call coverage (available on site within 30 minutes if required) - they know this is too much for 1 doctor so they are lining up support staff to help out as well. Call hours: 5PM-9AM during the week and all day Saturday and Sunday. The full time locums will cover: 1) Inpatient Unit - 100% adult IP - ALOS is 12 days, no H&Ps (they are done by Hospitalists), notes are handwritten. The average daily census is currently around 11. Two admissions & discharges per day. LocumTenens.com will cover malpractice insurance, which is occurrence, as well as travel and housing costs.
