One adult psych needed to staff the 18-bed mental health unit, as well as one child & adolescent psych for the 12-bed C&A unit. Exceptional cohesiveness among the physicians and support staff. Physicians will work in their own units, but there is a shared call of 1 in 4. This is 100% inpatient practice, but outpatient opportunities exist for the future. The geriatric population is about 30%.
