The psychiatrist needs to be comfortable treating occasional geriatric and/or child and adolescent patients. It is very atypical for this facility to have patients other than adults, but it does happen some times. The locum will be allowed 30 minutes for medical checks and 1 hour for new evaluations. The notes are handwritten and the Nurse Practitioner will do the H&Ps. No call or weekend work. South Jersey has wonderful beaches and the Atlantic City Casinos, but it has a lot more.
