Nebraska Psychiatry

A hospital in Southwestern Nebraska seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist for coverage starting November 2009 and last on an on-going basis. The physician will work with one other Psychiatrist and a great nursing staff. Physician will practice general adult psychiatry working with both outpatient and inpatients at the facility seeing approximately 6-8 patients per day from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. The hospital will consider full time psychiatry cover down to two weeks on two week off schedule. If you are not licensed to practice medicine in Nebraska, Locum Medical will help, assist and pay for the state medical license which generally takes 3 weeks.
