A hospital in Missouri, about 1.5 hours from St. Louis, is in immediate need of a permanent psychiatrist. The organization provides community healthcare and behavioral health services to more than 125,000 residents in the tri-state area. It is a not-for-profit, community owned and locally governed hospital. Physicians must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in psychiatry and will be required to do outpatient work through the mental health unit in the hospital, as well as handle inpatient work on the weekends. Phone consultation is required during the week. Patients are primarily adults, from the ages of 30-40.
