Adult Psychiatrist sought for community mental health facility. Practice is mostly outpatient with limited inpatient services at the local inpatient facility. The call will be a rotation of 1:3. Client is offering either a salaried position or a contractual position. Salary for employed starts at $180K plus benefits. Contractual physician starts at $210K.
This pretty community of 55,000 has a service draw of 200,000. Good public and parochial schools systems, three major colleges and seven small colleges all within one hour of this community. Richly endowed with lakes, rivers, streams, hills and farms, the terrain is characterized by vegetation and forests. Lots of recreational activities for the whole family including multiple golf courses, a symphony orchestra, numerous auditoriums, a civic theatre, a civic art center and professional summer stock theatre.
