Seeking Full-time BC/BE Adult Psychiatrist to join our team of 4 adult Psychiatrists and 2 child Psychiatrists. Ideally, would like someone with an interest in Geriatric Psychiatry for our new Geriatric Psychiatry Service.
Inpatient unit is a 32-bed unit providing consultation liaison services within our acute care hospital. Recently opened 10-bed Geropsychiatric unit. Saint Vincent Health Center is a 427-bed tertiary care facility with more than 200 physicians providing care in most specialties. Support services include Hospitalists service.
Outpatient services include psychiatric evaluations and medication management, crisis services, treatment of chemical dependency, consultation liaison services and contracted services to several community programs.
Located on the shores of Lake Erie with 7 miles of beaches, Erie is the fourth largest city in Pennsylvania; metropolitan population of 280,000, referral base of 750,000 and a 90-minute drive from Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Buffalo.
