Psychiatrist- Adult: Salary: Use the MGMA Standard for a physician Salaries. Must be BE/BC, call is 1 in 3 or 1 in 4. Approximately 70% outpatient care, 30% inpatient coverage, also have a support staff including psycologist, and smoking sessation / treatment specialist, case managers, social worker, and mental health therapists.
