Our Physicians work in a team-based environment and serve as clinical leaders who focus on caring for patients, while administrative and management staff handle all non-clinical issues. Our health centers provide holistic care exclusively for the employees and dependents of our clients. There is no hospital call! The Medical Directors responsibilities include: serving as a trusted clinician helping patients better manage their own health, providing primary and preventive care, as well as acute and chronic care, developing and achieving clinical goals, and participating in our national medical advisory board. This position allows you to work in a patient-centric environment utilizing best practices both clinically and technologically.

Job Requirements:

• Successful completion of a registered physician education program and valid MD or DO state license.
• Board certification in a primary care specialty.
• Three to five years of experience in a physician leadership position.
• Practice experience in an outpatient or hospital setting. HMO or managed care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills essential.
• The ability to speak Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Vietnamese is desired.
• Excellent clinical skills with a customer service focus.
