This is an extremely busy practice in NC, joining a very successful BC Fellowship trained plast5ic surgeon. There are currently (as of 2007)over 40 physicians on their team, with each specialty its own "business unit". The practice is very well run, their physicians earn between $300,000 and $600,000 per year. Each department is responsible for its own expenses, and each department in the clinic has about a 10-15% administrative overhead.
