- BC/BE PM&R Pain - Fellowship preferred
- 220k Employed base salary position plus production bonus
- 1:3 Call schedule
- Production bonus: 25% gross billing in excess of business production plan target
- Outpatient with some inpatient coverage
- Inpatient - 17 rehab beds with an average length of stay of 11-12 days
- Physician should see 20-25 patients per day
- Malpractice paid, life/health/dental insurance
- 457 plan up to IRS limit of $15,500 year before taxes (2007)
- 403b match plan
- Moving expense - 7,500 = Loan repayment up to 200k (25k per year for each year of service commitment)
