Locum Medical Group has a client that is looking for a Spanish speaking, Board Certified pediatrician to join an established, hospital affiliated private practice in southern Texas. This practice has two offices within 10 miles of each other. The physician will have normal office hours Monday through Friday and should expect to take their own ER call during the week and share call every 3rd weekend with a group. There is a Pediatric Hospitalist group that can cover call when you are out of town. Neonatologists take care of all newborns. Physicians will receive an excellent benefits package including paid malpractice, health insurance, interview and relocation expenses, vacation and CME allowance, as well as a competitive income guarantee for the first 1 year. There is also the potential for partnership as a buy-in. The affiliated organization is a not-for-profit, acute care hospital which provides quality health care services to citizens in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley.
