Join a large multi-specialty clinic with 5 Pediatricians servicing a high Blue/Cross, Blue/Shield Population, low if any medicare/medicaid patients. Call rotation is 1-5, attend c-sections and deliveries, as need basis only. Hospital is currently in negotiations to start a nurse triage system for first calls. Financials are 2 year guarantee of 160k for residents and 170k to 175k for practicing (board certified). Productivity bonuses paid after 18 months based on last 12 months production. Starting bonus 10k. Benefits include malpractice, health, 3 weeks Vacation, 2 weeks CME, $3600 towards CME, 401k retirement plan after 90 days, 1 year matched 50%, 2 year profit sharing, 10k relocation package and 2 years to partnership with $1.00 buy in.
