Join a very well known and prosperous Pediatric Private Practice, loosing one due to retirement. Call rotation is 1-6, rounding on own patients and attending c-sections and deliveries as needed only. Work a four day work week, Schedule is M-F, 8-5 p.m. and Saturday, 8-11 a.m. Saturday clinic is rotated 1-6. See 15 to 20 patients a day. A 2 year guaranteed negotiable salary. Senior physician is on productivity, so when the new doc feels comfortable and the practice stable he/she can do the same, even before the 2 years. Full Benefits package including mal-practice, vacation, CME, CME allowance, retirement, partnership possible after 2 years or sooner and relocation assistance.
