Employed position
Hours 8 AM ? 5 PM, M ? F ? if physician goes to new clinic, physician can set their own schedule
No C & D coverage required ? hospital has neonatologists
Income guarantee is $185K + $41.58 per RVU
$10,000 - $20,000 sign-on
Loan repayment
B/C or B/E pediatrician
IMGs welcome ? no visas
Health & eye insurance for doctor & family ? physician pays 20% of costs
Long term and short term disability
Malpractice with tail
160 hours of PTO ? includes vacation, sick and CME
$3,000 CME stipend
$7,500 for relocation
Hospital will pay dues, license and membership costs
Client will pay for interview
Closest airport ? Meridian, major airport in Jackson
