KRC.0808.0308.02 Join full time pediatrician and part time MDs in group practice with suburban and rural patients. 90/10 clinic and hospital split, covering deliveries at OB request, with a Level II special care nursery. Cast simple fractures, suture, and do other procedures, without turf battles. Clinic connected to the hospital for easy hospital rounds. Call coverage is shared 1:4 nights and weekends. Nurse triage is first patient contact.

Salary is 140,000 to 155,000. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, malpractice, CME allowance, 4 weeks paid time off, retirement plan, signing bonus and relocation. Productivity bonus after one year. State-of-the-art, fully operational EMR/HER reduces charting to "point and click" and short typing.

Hospital is a 103-bed, not-for-profit facility that offers a comprehensive range of care with physician-responsive administration. It was recently recognized as a national "Top 100 Hospital."
