Provider will work with existing pediatrician as well as family practice and internal medicine providers. Nurse practitioners and physicians assistant in addition are employed. Open Door provides a multitude of services including prenatal clinic, dental clinic, pediatrics, as well as health educator, social worker, chronic disease and an urgent care facility.
