Pediatrician to join Community Health Care System, System serves the underserved and uninsured community with Comprehensive Primary Care, required to attend deliveries and C-Sections, Duties are - Clinical coverage and Pediatric Hospitalist coverage (which is shared in week long increments, every 8th week) - regular call is also 1:8, this is a federally recognized underserved area, J-1 and H1B are accepted. Proficiency in Spanish is a must
Salary Expectation is $150175K (plus) base is $125-150K plus incentive pay. (Base Salary+ call+ incentives+ BC), The Group covers all overhead, marketing, malpractice, equipment and office costs, Licensing, DEA Competitive Benefits Package that includes full insurance for Health, dental, vision, life and disability. 403B and pension plan. Also includes, Paid vacation, CMEs, Qualities for NHSC student loan program.
