Pediatricians Needed to Join Very Busy Established Practice
2 Pediatricians needed to join a well-established group of two
Board certified and board eligible candidates will both be considered
This group services our new state-of-the-art Bentonville hospital
Our hospital features all private rooms and averages 70-80 births in a month
There is a call schedule of 1:4 and the on-call physician handles all nursery and hospital admissions
One week a month is spent covering the nursery
This is a very full practice and each physician averages approximately 40 patients a day
The clinic opens at 8:00 am and closes at 5:00 pm
Patients are scheduled starting at 9:00 am, giving an hour for any paperwork or charting
Each physician has a 4 day work week
The clinic is open Monday Friday
After a one year income guarantee based on the MGMA standard provided by the hospital, physician will be eligible for partner and retirement benefits.
There is 4 weeks vacations time includes CME for 1 week with a $1500 reimbursement.
Relocation and sign-on bonus negotiable.
