This gig is bread and butter Pediatric General Surgery. The schedule is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, with night and weekend call. You can expect to see 1 to 4 surgical cases per week, and you will be doing post operation follow up as well as working in the clinic. The ER is fully staffed and is a state of the art facility.
