North Carolina Pediatric Surgery

1) Seeking a full time Chief of Pediatric Surgery to develop a full service Division of Pediatric Surgery over the next several years. As Chief of Pediatric Surgery, He/she would work collaboratively with the Medical Director to build a nationally recognized academic and clinical program as part of a multidisciplinary pediatric referral center. The successful candidate will have a record of clinical excellence, administrative ability and scholarly achievement qualifying for appointment as an Associate Professor or Professor in the Department of Surgery. Childrens Hospital is undergoing a phased expansion. The chief will be expected to help lead and direct the growth of childrens services in this area. Applicants must have excellent clinical skills, a commitment to education and/or research, and the ability to develop and build programs in a multidisciplinary environment.

2) Seeking two full time Pediatric Surgeons. These individuals would be part of a three person division. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced surgeons to help guide further development of a growing program.
