Opportunity
Large pediatric multi-specialty group (over 400 pediatric specialists) with offices in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, acquiring one doc Pediatric Hematology/Oncology practice in Orange County. Over 700 active charts with stable staff and administrative responsibilities covered by group. 1500 square foot office with 2-3 exam rooms and infusion suite. Office is located on hospital grounds of a regional medical center. Will have affiliation with large tertiary care centers for academic advancement and referral of complex patient cases. Can seek a faculty or clinical appointment. Will spend a little time in Los Angeles and Long Beach offices for peer interaction.
QualificationsBE/BC with excellent outpatient and inpatient skills. Strong communication skills with patients, families, staff and referring physicians. Able to work independently while being part of large team of over 40 Pediatric Hematologists/Oncologists.

Responsibilities
Provide Pediatric Hematology-Oncology services, primarily outpatient, with hospital rounds averaging 3-5 inpatients/day. Call coverage to be determined.
