Portland, Oregon -- Providence Health & Services is seeking a Hospice/Palliative Care physician (IM or FM with training/experience welcome to apply) to join our end-of-life care team at Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland. Ideal candidate will have the following: 1. extensive experience in the management of terminally ill patients; 2. experience in a hospice medical director role; 3. expertise in pain and symptom management; 4. Palliative Care fellowship training (preferred); and 5. board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine (preferred, and required within 2 years of starting employment).
