I am the Physician Recruiter for CHS Physician Network. We are currently expanding our Physician Network and seeking a select group of physicians in your area to provide face-to-face and follow-up consultation services.
CHS Physician Network provides access to a network of licensed physicians and specialists nationwide who consult and provide complimentary and ancillary medical services for non-urgent medical issues, chronic conditions and recommend treatment and prescribe medication, if appropriate.
How CHS Physician Network Works Patients will be referred to you for a face-to-face evaluation. Verified Medical Records will be sent to you prior to the evaluation. Most have already been pre-diagnosed and simply need to be re-assessed regarding their chronic condition due to the time that has elapsed since their previous assessment. The patients will initially be seen in your office to establish the patient-doctor relationship in which you can participate and be compensated and then will have the ability to request refills through our telemedicine service.
