Experienced pain specialist with PM&R or Anesthesia residency and ACGME acredited, university based interventional pain fellowship is needed to start a private practice expected to support two physicians and a mid level provider. Will direct development of an accredited, multi-disciplinary pain management program. Initial call is 1:1. Guarantee of $300K.
