Call 1:2, large patient referral base from over 50 physicians in group. Financial package to include first year base salary of $350,000 range, production bonuses, full benefits to include 5 weeks vacation/CME, partnership track. Client is actively interviewing and ready to hire 100% IR Pain fellowship trained specialist for 2009 start date. Florida licensed preferred.
