Large hospital is looking for an ENT who is willing to set up a solo practice. Would have shared call with two other solo ENTs in the area. Call will be 1:3 and ER call is very light. New physician could build and Allergy practice if desired. Plastics would be difficult due to the high volume of Plastic Surgeons currently in the market. Hospital will offer income guarantee and office set up allowance. Great opportunity for someone who wants to be their own boss.

Community is less than 3 hours from Nashville, a bedroom community of Memphis. Excellent school systems, attend the University of Tennessee-Memphis for higher education. Blue collar industry.
