1) Experienced otolaryngologist needs to replace young colleague who is relocating. Doctor recruited will be interested in general ENT practice and capturing sinus surgery and cancer cases now referred out. Call . Salary $275,000 to $325,000.

2) Join two, established board-certified otolaryngologists opening a second office. New surgeon should be highly competent in head-and-neck and middle-ear surgeries as well as general ENT. Call 1/3. Compensation $250,000 to $325,000.

Starting salary or net income guarantee will be competitive and is expected to be within the ranges shown; however it may be adjusted to reflect market factors and individual candidate qualifications. Candidates joining established practices can expect bonuses based on productivity and partnership in one-two years with a nominal buy-in. Hospital-employed physicians will receive productivity-based bonuses plus hospital-provided malpractice insurance and benefits.
