A multi-campus health care provider serving about 250,000 people in south central Michigan is looking for Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologists. There are 2 opportunities: An experienced Otolaryngologist needs to replace a colleague who relocated. The physician recruited will be interested in general ENT practice and capturing sinus surgery and cancer cases now referred out. Call 1:2. Opportunity #2: Two Board Certified Otolaryngologists based 15 miles east of my client wants to recruit a colleague to open a new office. New surgeon should be highly competent in head-and-neck and middle-ear surgeries as well as general ENT. Call 1:3. This facility is a JCAHO-accredited, award-winning, secondary hospital with 204 private rooms and is ranked in the top 5% nationally for patient safety. The starting base salary or net income guarantee will be competitive. However, adjustments may be made to reflect market factors and individual candidate qualifications. Physicians joining established practices can expect bonuses based on productivity and partnership in one-two years.
