A Permanent ENT Physician is needed for an opportunity in north central Massachusetts. The local hospital is working with a one physician private practice to fill the need for a second physician to join the office with an 18 month partnership track. The office is looking for an ENT who is comfortable with general ENT/Head and Neck surgery, thyroid, skin cancer and sleep procedures with allergy training a plus. The schedule for the group is surgery in the morning and office hours in the afternoon seeing roughly 25 patients per day with about 30% of them being pediatric. There is a call of 1:3, which involves mainly phone consultations and ER cases that can be reassigned over the phone.
