ENT needed minutes from Sioux City, IA area: No visa's. BC/BE ENT needed to join 1 other ENT and a PA in an employed practice. The clinic is on the hospital campus. Call is 1 in 4, share with 2 other ENT's in the community.
Finanical:
- Full benefits
- $30,000 minimum starting bonus (3 year service forgiveness schedule)
- $50,000 minimum Loan Repayment ($12,500 at the completion of each year for the first 4 years)
- 2 year guarantee salary $400K (new grad)
- CME $5K annually
- Opportunity to buy into joint venture ambulatory surgery center after one year
- Relocation package available
