Hospital is seeking a BC/BE ENT to join an established practice. The group currently consist of 1 ENT and 1 PA. Call will be 1:4. This is an employed position with the hospital. The practice is located on the hospital campus and in the same building as the Ambulatory Surgery Center. New physician will have the opportunity to buy into joint venture ambulatory surgery center after one year. Offering a lucrative package with full benefits, 2 year guarantee salary $400K, $30,000 starting bonus (3 year service forgiveness schedule), $50,000 minimum Loan Repayment ($12,500 at the completion of each year for the first 4 years), Professional Liability Insurance 1 million per occurrence limit, 3 million general agg limit, hospital pays premiums, CME $5K annually. Stipends available ($5K/month) for residents.
