Private OTOLARYNGOLOGY practice of one seeking physician to join him for two years until he retires.
Hospital is supporting recruitment with income guarantee and overhead allowance in first 12 months along with relocation expenses, marketing and potential for signing/commencement bonus.

Nice office in our Medical Plaza - large common office space with three exam rooms. Works from one office currently.
Total of 4 ENTs on staff at hospital currently.
Current practice is general ENT...broad in scope but not heavy in sub-specialty areas.
Has privileges at two hospitals in Waukegan.
