Community Hospital in Midwest is looking for an Otolaryngologist to set up in solo practice. The new physician can choose to have his own private practice which the hospital will help to set up and receive a 2-year income guarantee. Or, the new physician can choose to become an employee of the hospital and receive a salary plus bonus, full hospital benefits, etc. The hospital will also be offering a signing bonus, relocation and loan forgiveness to the physician which ever route you choose. The referral base will consist of 8 Internal Medicine, 7 Family Medicine and 2 Pediatricians. There was an ENT in the community for 9 years and he was doing 300 cases per year. There is NO other ENT within a 40-60 mile radius. HUGE NEED for this specialty.
