Join an established ENT group as they recruit an Otologist/Neurotologist.
This is a 10-year old group practice providing general adult and pediatric ENT services. The group is busy, with new appointments running six weeks out. The physicians average 20 30 patients per day in office, and 5 10 surgeries per week. Call is 1:3 for the office, and 1 week in every 7 for the hospital, with coverage at only one hospital.
Compensation will include a competitive salary, with an incentive structure, benefits and a partnership track. Estimated income after partnership can easily reach $400,000 to $500,000 per year.
