Range $287,428 to $386,394 Third year Income: Salary + RVU Production Bonuses Incremental overhead, malpractice and relocation offered as well Practice Details Area recently lost 4 ENTs 1 retired (senior partner), 1 joined an HMO, 2 relocated Huge justified need! Once the senior ENT retired, the other members werent comfortable with the business aspect, so the group disbanded Rare opportunity to join group, or set up a solo hospital-sponsored private practice Opportunity to develop a group, if desired Non-trauma ENT call available 1:4 o$300 per night stipend Monday to Thursday o$400 per night stipend Friday to Sunday Facial Trauma / Plastics Trauma call available 1:8 o$500 per night stipend Monday to Thursday o$700 per night stipend Friday to Sunday Option to cover only one hospital 450+ Physician referral base
